DEA is responsible for designing both onsite and off-site improvements at the historic Hollywood Park race track, which required coordination with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Regional and State Water Quality Control Boards, the City of Inglewood, and numerous private entities.
DEA provided site civil and frontage design on two public streets and two public access alleyways; modifications to water, sanitary sewer and storm water drainage utilities serving the project; and development of the site’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for Bellevue Towers, a twin-tower high-rise development in Bellevue, Washington.
DEA performed preliminary site design and final civil engineering for Westgate City Center, which includes jobing.com arena and associated entertainment facilities, retail shops, and restaurants.
DEA provided master planning, preliminary site design, final civil engineering, and survey and mapping services for the 100+ acre Sagewood at Desert Ridge mixed-use development.
