Project and Program Management Services
DEA offers the services of highly seasoned professionals in numerous technical disciplines who act as an extension to client staff providing project management oversight and program management services to see that our clients’ projects are completed according to project specifications. We provide project monitoring such as work progress, budget, and compliance of completed work with approved project management plans.
