DEA’s landscape architects, planners, civil engineers, and surveyors have prepared several alternative master plan concepts for updates to the Port Gamble Master Plan. The completed 318-acre, infill redevelopment project will feature residential units, commercial space, and event space. New parks will be installed throughout the site, and open space will protect existing critical areas, including Hood Canal and the Port Gamble Bay shoreline.
DEA’s landscape architecture design team won the WASLA Merit Award for Residential Design for this project. Danielson Grove incorporates green building techniques into a sustainable pocket neighborhood.
DEA provided engineering design services for the expansion of the Santiago Creek Regional Bike Trail, including a paved ten-foot wide trail spanning the length of 3 miles parallel to Santiago Creek
