Jefferson at Simi Valley is a 22-acre luxury apartment site with 18 two- and three-story buildings that include more than 225 apartment units and one recreational clubhouse. There are two pool and spa areas, two outdoor group barbecue areas, and one tot lot with a picnic area. The apartments are built on a hillside that overlooks the Simi Valley Town Center, and are connected to this shopping and dining location by a pedestrian walkway that connects to one of the mall’s stairways. DEA designed a unique mosaic tile wall fountain to highlight the pedestrian connection of the town center and apartments.
