This 1,200-acre, master planned development will provide a vibrant mixed-use community with a variety of housing, employment, civic, educational, open space trails, and recreational opportunities within the City of Black Diamond.
DEA’s landscape architects, planners, civil engineers, and surveyors have prepared several alternative master plan concepts for updates to the Port Gamble Master Plan. The completed 318-acre, infill redevelopment project will feature residential units, commercial space, and event space. New parks will be installed throughout the site, and open space will protect existing critical areas, including Hood Canal and the Port Gamble Bay shoreline.
DEA’s landscape architecture design team won the WASLA Merit Award for Residential Design for this project. Danielson Grove incorporates green building techniques into a sustainable pocket neighborhood.
DEA designed a unique mosaic tile wall fountain to highlight the pedestrian connection of the town center and apartments for this 22-acre luxury apartment site.
DEA provided engineering, environmental and surveying services for the development of a 38-lot single-family and 50-lot duplex residential subdivision in Oak Harbor, Washington.
