DEA provided project management, land survey, environmental and land use permitting, master planning, utility coordination, preliminary engineering, and construction engineering services for segments 1, 4 & 7 of the Westside Trail, which connects the city of Tualatin with Portland’s Forest Park.
DEA provided the surveying and mapping services required for BPA and their Owner’s Engineer to design, acquire rights, and complete permits to construct a new 500kV transmission line from Big Eddy Substation, near The Dalles, Oregon, to the new Knight Substation near Goldendale, Washington.
DEA’s survey team performed a control survey and collected 25 miles of data along SR89A from Sedona to Flagstaff using DEA’s mobile laser scanning system.
DEA performed topographic surveys on 3 sections of roadway in Boulder County, Colorado that had been damaged by the September/October 2013 flooding.
DEA is responsible for designing both onsite and off-site improvements at the historic Hollywood Park race track, which required coordination with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Regional and State Water Quality Control Boards, the City of Inglewood, and numerous private entities.
