DEA is the lead consultant for completing the Environmental Impact Statement for the Oregon Department of Transportation’s project to study options for improved passenger rail service between Eugene and Portland, a 120-mile segment within the federally designated Pacific Northwest Rail Corridor.

DEA was selected to conduct the corridor study of Arapahoe Road, the major east-west travel link from southeast Denver to employment and retail centers along Interstate 25, including the Denver Tech Center.

In 2010, Multnomah County, Oregon selected DEA to be the owner’s representative on the project to replace the Sellwood Bridge, an aging, deteriorating bridge which connects the Sellwood and Westmoreland neighborhoods in South Portland to the west side of the Willamette River.
