Through creative design, DEA limited the amount of onsite stormwater retention that was required for this residential infill redevelopment project. The project covers more than 3 acres in the core area of downtown Phoenix. DEA’s services included surveying and platting, land use planning, and construction administration. DEA also provided engineering designs for water, sewer, and drainage systems, and for the extensive regrading required for development.
