DEA provides an annual audit of pavement conditions for a major national railroad. These audits are performed system-wide at automotive and intermodal facilities to assist in prioritizing the client’s pavement repair projects. DEA also provides design services for pavement repair projects including geotechnical investigation, subgrade improvements, pavement design, and drainage improvements; as well as construction management for a number of these projects.
