As part of an effort to modify the Lower Coos Bay Navigation Channel to accommodate larger deep draft vessels, the Port of Coos Bay contracted with DEA to lead the FS/EIS process, consisting of four phases: public scoping, detailed technical studies, draft FS/EIS development, and final FS/EIS development and approval.

Crissey Field is a new 40-acre beachfront park between the Pacific Coast Highway 101 and the ocean beach, south of Brookings, Oregon. The center was carefully designed to fit into the natural landscape and incorporates many sustainable design features.
