DEA provided track, site civil, and building design for this new facility. The track layout for the site includes a partial loop track that serves a four-track maintenance yard, a three-track car cleaning yard, three classification tracks and two receiving and departure tracks. The project included approximately 56,000 linear feet of track and 19 turnouts.
