Since 2012, DEA has been providing civil engineering and surveying services to King County Housing Authority communities. Projects to date include Green River Homes, Campus Court, Vantage Point, Birch Creek Family Center, Burndale Homes, Firwood Circle, Corinthian Apartments, Villages at South Station, and Woodcreek Lane. Survey services have included boundary and topographic surveys for design purposes, legal description preparation, lot line adjustments, as-builts, and ALTA surveys.

Based on DEA’s exemplary performance, in 2015 KCHA awarded DEA a six-year, engineering and on-call surveying services consultant contract.
