The purpose of this project was to create 2,000 new auto bays, a new lead track, unloading tracks, and storage for this busy automotive distribution facility. Project improvements included grading, stormwater collection and BMP’s, fencing, power for extensive LED security lighting, and fiber/communications for security cameras. Tasks included extensive local stormwater and site lighting permitting, and coordination with several BNSF departments and utility providers.
