Josh is an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer, project manager, and team leader with 12 years of experience in a wide range of bridge projects. He practices in both Oregon and Washington and his diverse experience includes single-span to 26-span segmental structures on projects involving seismic retrofit, repair/strengthening, new design, load rating, structural assessment, widening, and alternative delivery.
