Congratulations to the DEA project team, City of Rainier, and ODOT on winning an APWA 2021 Project of the Year Award in the Transportation category for the A Street Rail Safety Improvements project. DEA helped transform seven city blocks of multimodal travel, including vehicles, trains, pedestrians, and bicycles. DEA provided surveying, civil engineering, utility design, railroad coordination, stormwater and hydraulics, landscape architecture, and construction engineering services.
