Brett joins as a Senior Bridge Engineer and brings more than 15 years of experience. His expertise includes bridge rehabilitation, emergency repairs, seismic retrofits, complex ratings, and new designs. Brett was directly engaged in developing Oregon-specific seismic criteria and design practices. He has also been responsible for creating design tools and processes used in the Oregon Department of Transportation’s load rating program.
