This mixed-use podium and tower apartment urban infill development includes 2 buildings on 2 separate blocks, with subterranean parking, 684 residential units, and 54,475 square feet of retail space. It required an alley vacation as well. DEA provided entitlement assistance, preliminary engineering, final engineering, and surveying services that included grading and drainage, water and sewer, and platting.
