DEA civil engineers and surveyors supported the work of Project Architect Miller Hull Partnership as they transformed an aging big-box store into the LEED Silver-rated Kirkland Public Safety Building.
DEA provided site civil and frontage design on two public streets and two public access alleyways; modifications to water, sanitary sewer and storm water drainage utilities serving the project; and development of the site’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for Bellevue Towers, a twin-tower high-rise development in Bellevue, Washington.
DEA performed preliminary site design and final civil engineering for Westgate City Center, which includes jobing.com arena and associated entertainment facilities, retail shops, and restaurants.
