Ed Pastor Regional Transit Center

The Ed Pastor Transit Center project occupies a five-acre area that was formerly the center of agricultural activity in Phoenix, Ariz. The project incorporated an historic building and the area's agricultural heritage. A goal of the project was to develop a more modern image of the area, and ensure the center’s compatibility with the nearby South Mountain Preserve Park.

DEA coordinated a project team that included architects and architects. DEA also prepared master utility, grading and drainage, off-site paving landscape architecture, urban design, construction management services, historic preservation and final site plans for the project.
