Klondike III Wind Project
DEA prepared the environmental and technical studies required for a complete Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council application for a 273 MW expansion of wind generation at Klondike III, in Sherman County, Ore. The work included avian, wildlife and vegetation surveys, as well as wetland, cultural resources, and visual/aesthetic studies. Additionally, we assessed impacts to recreation, protected areas, geology, and land use. Other work performed included civil design of roads and collector system layout.
