Park Place Urban Growth Boundary Concept Plan
The Park Place UGB Concept Plan provided Oregon City, Ore., a sustainable vision for quarter century. As the lead infrastructure engineer and environmental consultant, DEA developed and coordinated sustainable infrastructure – water, sanitary, and stormwater – and ecological planning principles, goals and design strategies for the 700-acre project area. Efforts include reviewing existing conditions and regulatory realities for urban infrastructure systems and ecological systems and developing multiple concept plan alternatives. Concept plan-level infrastructure evaluations for water, sanitary, stormwater and natural resources were also performed.
