Through creative design, DEA limited the amount of onsite drainage storage retention that was required as part of the redevelopment of this three-acre property in the Phoenix Downtown Core. DEA's services included survey, planning, platting, water and sewer design along with extensive re-grading and drainage design. Additional services included extensive construction administration and platting services.
