Environmental compliance audits
DEA's professionals
determine all applicable public law and statutes, agency regulations
and directives, and other federal, state, and local regulations
and apply them as required to conduct environmental compliance audits.
Compliance management planning
DEA staff will work
with agency managers to institute environmental compliance planning
within their programs. Specific assistance may include:
- developing internal self-assessment and other compliance
evaluation programs
- preparing and reviewing program and management plans for
environmental compliance
- preparing inspection forms, reports, and other documentation
for conducting compliance and self-assessment programs
- preparing guidance for developing and implementing environmental
compliance programs
- providing advice to program managers on environmental compliance
plans
Regulatory compliance
