The purpose of this project is to connect Walker Rd. and Baseline Rd., utilizing the 170th/173rd Avenue corridor This project is part of the Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program approved by county voters in 1995 (MSTIP3) and is identified on the County's current Transportation Plan as a Study Area.
